Is Tracksounds right for you?

"Let us enlighten, entertain, engage...and enjoy doing it!"

Heading into our 11th year on the internet, Tracksounds remains one of the longest running websites dedicated to film, television and game music.  We seel to stretch beyond the boundaries of the classic film music web site by covering news and information that are also of interest to the online soundtrack community.  We desire to deliver news and reviews isn't enough.  We want to deliver it in an entertaining fashion. We want to stimulate the eyes and mind as much as the ears!  We are always looking at ways to do "something different."   Creating and maintaining this site is far from a job...it's a passion.  To enlighten, entertain and engage is what we are about.

Are you right for Tracksounds?

"There is no box."

So what is your "thing?"  Are you a writer?  Are you an artist?  Do you love online community activity?  Depending on what you'd like to do here, your skill set should match up accordingly.  Meaning - if you want to write soundtrack reviews, then you should be comfortable with writing for the web...and should have some experience there...or at least a boatland of passion and daring to give it solid try while developing your skills.  If you want cover new media applications then you should be pretty savvy in setting them up and using them.  Even more than your skills or talent what is most important is your passion for what you do and your commitment to making it the best you can.  If you are passionate, creative, a good communicator, and have some time to devote to this passion, then we'd love to talk to you about joining up with us.

Our Values

If you have a passion for soundtracks, movies, television shows or video games, then you have the one of the most important values to become a part of our team.

Communication - Do it fast and do it often

Integrity - We do it right and for the right reasons.

The Extra Mile - Doing what has been done is where we start, taking every task and project a step beyond is how we live.

Creativity - If it hasn't been done before, great!  It's your job to discover it and make it happen!

How can you be involved?

"Involve yourself to evolve yourself"

Our unique site goals provide a greater number of opportunities for involvement than you might think.  Getting involved with Tracksounds doesn't require you to be a soundtrack geek - although we certainly don't discriminate against any branch of geekdom.  Perhaps you are a movie geek or a gamer or a digital artist.  Perhaps you are interested in web technologies that impact the music industry.  Perhaps you are simply a creative person with more ideas than you know what to do with.  Perhaps you are a professional within the movie, music, or game industry and have a unique perspective that you would like to share with the online world. If this sounds like you, then its a good bet that you'd make a great addition to the Tracksounds team.  Use our form above to let us know you are interested!
